Leveraging the weak UK pound, I opted to splurge and get a couple more 4ground MDF Japanese Buildings. I already have the better part of a village done with PlastCraft models, but I really liked how the rice barn turned out so I picked up two of the smaller peasant buildings to try out.
These each come with a removable roof and overhang, opening door, and wooden floors.
They go together reasonably well, although I opted to use CyA glue with accelerant rather than white glue.
The larger house has the added bonus of two sliding doors/screens for the back porch.
I will probably pick up a couple more of these in time, although I really need to find a good source for a Torii gate.
Very handsome new buildings!
ReplyDeleteHandsome, indeed!
DeleteThey really come together well. I am looking at expanding my 4Ground collection to some other eras.
DeleteWonderful details!
ReplyDelete4Ground does do some nice work, I agree.
