Renaissance Command Stands



Now that I am really serious about this project, I thought I should replace my WHFB Empire leaders with some more Historical fair.  My first entry then are two command stands using some of the Wargames Foundry Gendarme Generals with a herald.  I opted to go with some generic colors for a "French" general

... and a "German" one.

    What makes one command French and the other German?

      Thanks. the German one uses the Black/White colors of Ulm, and the other one I focused on Using White with lighter colors of pale blue and white to capture that "Sun King" feel.

    The foundry Gendarmes are great sculpts, and you have more than done them justice!

      Thanks, I have been impressed with all of the Foundry castings so far. I am looking forward to getting some Pro Gloria miniatures in the near future.
