Warriors of Islam


Inspired by Jon's Muslim States army for our El Cid project, I have decided to add a similar faction to my collection for Impetus.  I picked up a mixture of BTD, Gripping Beast and ??? Arab infantry off of Bartertown and here is the first unit.    I have intentionally gone a more colorful route to mirror the 6mm Fatamid army I am working on, as well as making a counter point to my relatively dull toned Europeans.

    Cool! Not only can they fight Europeans but they can fight each other!

      I hadn't considered that part. I just wanted to have a generic crusade era group for each side. I figured I would knock these out before considering doing Marian Romans in 28mm

      Just enough infantry for 2 units and a command stand. I have 5 left over waiting for my next restock. I have enough berbersd for 4 stand, so it is a start.
