Kushite Skirmishers

The Egyptian lead (er alloy) continues to dwindle.  I managed to finish six more units of Skirmishers to support my Infantry and Chariots.  This includes a third stand of tribal archers (above) and four archers in more Egyptian style attire:


On top of that I managed to eke out four stands of Skirmishing Javelins.  I have run out of the smaller BTD Egyptian shields, so they had to make do with the larger ones.  The other eight I think came from the Libyan line of BTD's ancients, but I can no longer find them on the website to verify.  I opted to do those with the more simple animal pelt tunics like the Tribal Kushites.





Whelp, I am in the final stretch. Only three units left in my current inventory.  Then it is time for the group shot!

      That and a desire to tackle a lot of the backlog before I get any new toys. Though the pound fell back down to $1.16 last week, so it might be time to strike while the exchange rate is still favorable.
