With a Rebel Yell....

The first CSA regiments have now left the painting table.  These are more of the GHQ minis I have been focusing on.  I decided to get a good Confederate mix by mixing all of the different GHQ CSA packs and doing a good mix of Uniform mixes.

The base colors were done in AP Uniform Grey, Skeleton Bone, and Leather Brown.  I then did a mix of those colors with some Ash Grey, VJ English Uniform and Sky Blue thrown in to mix things up.  The overall effect gives a nice counterpoint to my US forces.

 I stayed fairly generic with these units, just painting some standard CSA battle flags.  I plan on adding some TN and TX units next as I start to build up my Army of Tennessee.
