Arab Medium Cavalry


I found some extra time to paint this weekend, so I took the opportunity to finish my Crusader era Arab army for Impetus.  This time it is two stands of Medium Cavalry from Black Tree Designs


As I have mentioned frequently I enjoy painting these armies for the wide palette of colors.  BTD's cavalry figures are a great value, especially when you can get them in one of there many discount deals.

    Nice base of LC; I especially like the fellow with the striped cloth around his head.

      Thanks. For Impetus they are considered Medium Cavalry. That's as heavy as the list goes....

    Jake, you did these in a day? Wow! These are very nice. If I did not know, I would have thought they were mine! Thankfully, we have different basing techniques otherwise we could easily confuse the horsemen.

    Arab army is finished? Famous last word, In bet!

      Not done in a day, finished in a day. Significant difference...

      Only the Cavalry is finished, I still have Archers, Spearmen and Command stands to do....

    Great looking Arab cavalry. And BTD does offer some great deals from time to time.

      The Cavalry rarely gets rolled into their sales though, so it is best to jump on them when the opportunity arises.
