6mm Hospitallers

Another brief update.  This time it is another unit of 6mm Order Sergeants from the Baccus Norman Cavalry I received from my Secret Santa this year.  I opted to go with Hospitallers as the black and white stick out well at a distance for 6mm scale figs.  That and I already have units complete for the Templars and the Knights of Calatrava.



I am putting the final touches on basing the last of the 2013 Secret Santa figs and should have them up shortly.

    Amazing work - I need to try out some 6mm - just to see if I can even paint them.

      The key is to approach them in an "Impressionist" style. At typical player-board distances all the detail muddles together. I am constantly considering rebasing my collection to larger bases to capture a better mass feel.
